William Kwandibens

With over 30 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry, I've had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from small-scale repairs to large-scale industrial constructions.

Throughout my career, I've developed a deep understanding of the steel fabrication process, from cutting and drilling to welding and assembling. I've become proficient in using different fabrication techniques and tools.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job has been the opportunity to work on diverse projects, each with its unique challenges and requirements. I've fabricated steel components for bridges, buildings, and industrial equipment.

Over the years, I've also had the chance to work with and mentor junior fabricators, sharing my knowledge and experience with them. It's been gratifying to see them grow and develop their skills, and to know that I've played a role in helping them succeed in their careers.

Despite the many changes and advancements in the industry over the years, my passion for steel fabrication has remained constant. I take pride in my work and strive to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed client expectations.

As I look back on my 30-plus years in the industry, I'm grateful for the experiences I've had, the people I've met, and the skills I've developed. I'm proud to be a steel fabricator and look forward to continuing to contribute to the industry in the years to come.
