▪Proactive and team-oriented registered nurse with 7 years of experience in Level 3 Neuro-surgery ICU and General Medicine Unit in acute setting as well as Public Health and Medical Unit at United States Army Camp
▪ Evidence-based practice in patient care with strong critical thinking and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team
▪ Self-driven nurse committed to continuous improvement; participate in symposiums (Critical Care Nutrition, and Electrocardiogram) to stay updated with the latest advancements in patient care
▪ Expertly managed high-risk medical devices, including Mechanical Ventilation, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and defibrillator to provide life-saving treatment for critically ill patients, ensuring continuous monitoring
▪ Provide pre/post operation care, wound care, chest tube, EVDs, and drainage tubes manage with antiseptic measure
▪ Excellent skills in central line management and administration of medication including SQ, IM, and IV. Monitored IVs, infusion therapy systems and pumps
▪ Perform head-to-toe assessment, hemodynamic monitoring in ICU, and optimize patients’ care plan and goal
▪ Pursues continuous learning, and develops an understanding of the scope of competency of the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients’ safety
▪ Great coping skills under high pressure situation especially in critical care setting
▪ Committed team player with a collaborative approach, dedicated to providing exceptional patient/family-centered care
▪ Excellent communication skills and competent EMR user
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
