A results-driven and adaptable leader with extensive experience managing two major departments in a national news agency. Proven expertise in leading digital media teams (website, new media) and broadcast production teams (radio, television). Combines strong strategic planning, workflow optimization, and team leadership skills with a hands-on work ethic. Currently enhancing qualifications with a CSW course and English language skills (CLB 5, attending CLB 6).

I have BA degree in business management(Credential assessed by International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS): Compares to a four-year Canadian Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business Management. In addition to this, Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB 5 Certificate) Currently attending CLB 6 classes.
