• Designed a normalized PostgreSQL data model for an AI-powered e-commerce customer-service platform, integrating customer conversations, RAG knowledge retrieval, product recommendations, inventory, order processing, payments, delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and human-agent escalation.
• Integrated the OpenAI API for natural-language understanding and response generation, with tool-calling to look up order status, product details, and return/refund policies.
• Implemented a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) layer over product and FAQ data so the agent could answer store-specific questions accurately.
• Built a lightweight backend and chat UI to test and demo the agent end-to-end, iterating on prompt design to reduce hallucinated or off-policy responses.

• Developed a conversational travel agent that creates personalized itineraries based on destination, dates, budget, interests, traveler profiles, transportation preferences, and accessibility needs.
• Orchestrated separate planning, flight-search, lodging, weather, activity, budget, and itinerary-validation steps through a stateful LangGraph workflow.
• Integrated flight and travel APIs to compare routes, explain trade-offs, collect traveler details, and prepare booking information while requiring user confirmation before any reservation action.
• Connected a weather service to provide destination forecasts, packing recommendations, seasonal considerations, and weather-aware activity alternatives.
