I am born and brought up in Tanzania and moved to Canada in 2018. In my free time, I like to cook, hit the gym, go for a hike or spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy travelling and try to plan a trip at least once a year.

• Performing external audits for Manufacturing, retail, and not-for-profits entities, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, note disclosures and preparation of supporting schedules for the numbers presented on the face of the financial statements
• Performing reviews for private enterprises (Revenue of $30M), This included reviewing various reconciliations such as Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HST and corporate tax, Sales, Cost of Sales, payroll, and expenses.

  Advising clients on any accruals and prepaid expensesthat need to be passedas of year-end, based on the payments made after the year end, for invoices relating to the year end.

• Performing book-keeping for private enterprises, this includes preparation of trial balance, preparation of various schedules and reconciliations, identifying capital expenditure and calculation of amortization based on their useful life. 
• Demonstrated leadership skills. I have managed and lead a team of 2-7 employees. This included, training the team, reviewing their work, and providing recommendations for improvement
• Performing investment reconciliation write ups for variousOntario companies holdinginvestments in various mutual funds and equities
