In my previous HR Coordinator role, at Amazon, I handled administrative tasks, processed accommodation requests, managed HRIS data, ensured schedule accuracy, monitored attendance, and maintained payroll accuracy. I also played a key role in recruitment, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and posting job ads. Communication with candidates and maintaining tracking sheets were part of my responsibilities, as well as sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

I maintained reports for feedback to the management team. I have worked for almost 1.5 years at Amazon and because of Mass LayOffs, my entire department including me got laid off in March 2023.

I have completed post graduation in Human Resource Field from Saint Clair College.
