Construction of 18 villa units (1445 m2) and landscaping (26368 m2) in the staff welfare complex project.
- Cost Estimation: Analyze architectural plans, engineering drawings, and project specifications to accurately estimate the overall cost of commercial construction projects. This includes evaluating the quantities and costs of materials, labor hours required, equipment needed, and other direct and indirect expenses.
- Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing for materials and services. Help to grown and maintain a network of reliable vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality supplies.
- Project Documentation: Keep accurate records of all estimates, bids, and communication related to each project. Maintain a database of historical cost data to aid in future estimating tasks and improve accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and clarify any discrepancies in the construction plans.
- Compliance: Ensure all estimates and bids adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

- Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labour, and equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings and specifications.
- Planning the work and supervising essential material and equipment purchases as well as hiring and managing staff in projects and writing reports.
- Managing the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and monitoring quality control.
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and on a budget by setting benchmarks, approving expenditures and monitoring the progress.

As a Construction Inspector employed by municipal governments, I oversee the construction and maintenance of new and existing buildings, bridges, highways, and industrial facilities. My primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with building codes and specifications and monitoring work site safety.
- Ensuring all work performed within the frameworks of the National Building Regulation policies and procedures.
- Project control based on construction safety laws, regulations, and terms.
- Inspecting the design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers.
- Prepare periodic reports and checklists on the compliance of the implementation process according to the rules and regulations and submission of checklists to the Engineering Organization and municipalities.
