With over five years of experience as a business analyst, I have developed and implemented data-driven solutions and automation for various industries, such as banking, information technology, and pharmaceuticals. I have credentials in data science and robotic process automation (RPA) from IBM Cognitive Class and LinkedIn, and I hold a master's degree in management information systems and a bachelor's degree in computer applications.

In my previous roles, I have demonstrated strong skills in data analysis, identity and access management (IAM), project management, and stakeholder engagement. I have onboarded hundreds of users to banking applications, ensured compliance and security across multiple domains, and created reusable components and scripts for RPA projects. Identify the correct stakeholders and systems we will be interacting with for a specific project

• Request for appropriate access for Non-Person Account (NPA) and other developers for better efficiency
• Perform root cause analysis, extract relevant from the trivial, and draw possible conclusions to help formulate decisions and solutions
• Create RPA solution design documentation aligning with business requirements and stakeholders.
• Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks for efficiency.
• Suppor existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Engage/facilitate discussions with internal as well as external teams on a daily basis
• Actively participate in Scrum Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives).
