I am with over 8 years of experience in providing technical support to users and delivering excellent customer services. I have relevant certifications and training such as CCNA, Comptia A+ and ITIL. I am confident in my ability to excel in this role because of my work experiences.
I worked at Essex County Council which is an organization with over 8000 users and managed high-volume of technical support requests, resolving customer issues and providing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. My strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, set me apart from other candidates. Prior to my last role I also worked as IT Technician with IT Career switch where I did a lot of hardware and infrastructure supports.
Additionally, I was able to gain vital skills in my career stint as Business partner manager where I learnt how to manage customer expectations, data analysis, process automation, presentation and working with target.
