Yeoeun Kim

My name is Yeoeun Kim, and I am currently in my third year in the RN program at York University and in the process of obtaining knowledge and skills in the nursing field.

Based on my study, I am able to offer the following:

• An excellent time management ability and organizational skills
• Critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and enthusiasm
• Open mindedness which means I am eager to learn under experienced and skilled nurses and colleagues 

In my previous clinical settings, I acquired and performed holistic assessment skills, and along with therapeutic communication skills, I could incorporate clients’ concerns and needs into my care. Also, I demonstrated how social needs and norms could influence clients’ actions and thoughts. Moreover, I can utilize my critical thinking abilities to identify a potential cause or risk of a problem such as anxiety or insomnia.

I look forward to contributing what I have learned during the nursing program to your healthcare services. I am very responsive to feedback and motivated to all learning opportunities. Additionally, because I put my number one priority to the delivery of the best client care, I aspire to help clients with their well-being and assist the nursing team.
