My name is Yesuraj Yesudhasan, and I am an experienced construction coordinator with over 6 years of expertise in leading and overseeing diverse construction projects. I have a strong track record of successfully managing resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure the success of various construction ventures.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Regina, which I completed in April 2023. Prior to that, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University in Chennai back in April 2014.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various construction roles. As a reinforcing-steel detailer/estimator at Cicon Rebar Solutions in Cochin, India, I played a key role in preparing rebar shop drawings for significant projects such as Al-Zahia City Centre and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi hotel expansion. I also led the rebar detailing team for The Grand at Dubai Creek Harbour, a notable 62-storey high scraper.

My responsibilities included coordinating with field executives, responding to queries, reviewing claims, hosting meetings, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of shop drawings and other relevant documents.

During my tenure as a project coordinator at JJC Engineering Pvt LTD in Bengaluru, India, I supervised and coordinated the construction work for the St. Benedict's Academy project. I effectively collaborated with the project manager and maintained positive relationships with sub-trades, supervisors, suppliers, and a diverse workforce. Additionally, I calculated project resources, maintained project records, performed safety assessments, and implemented corrective measures.

In my role as a field coordinator at P.D.S Designs in Chennai, I successfully coordinated and organized construction activities for residential building projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements. I also conducted field surveys, coordinated subcontractors, and inspected mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

I possess a range of skills that contribute to my success in the construction field, including excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail. I am proficient in various software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, CADS RC, and MS Office, including MS Project. My commitment to safety, time management, and my ability to quickly learn and adapt have proven to be assets in my previous roles.

Currently, I am working towards obtaining APEGS/Engineer-In-Training certification, further enhancing my qualifications and expertise. I have also completed the Bluebeam: Draw Layouts & Detail course on LinkedIn Learning to improve my technical skills.

Reinforcing-steel Detailer/Estimator

• Prepared rebar shop drawing for various elements including pile cap, raft slab, core wall, columns, and beam for the 183,505m² project of Al-Zahia City Centre valued at US $350 million
• Worked independently for detailing and estimation of all vertical elements for the project including an out-rigger wall at the intermediate floor for the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi hotel expansion construction project of 32-Storey valued at US $60 million
• Led the rebar detailing team of 62-storey high scrapper The Grand at Dubai Creek Harbour valued at US$138 million
• Coordinated with field Executives, responded to queries on shop drawing and BBS while placing rebar steel, and gave solutions to field technical issues
