Support and assist brokers ( process all paperwork / quoting / preparing application / cancellations / insurance binder / claim / finance for premium)
Review new business submission for brokers and finding errors and omission and missing documents
Upload new business and endorsement on portal (gather information and submit memo on TAM and upload on portal)
Advise and support broker (review new risk and client / company manual / market rule)
