I consider myself as an individual who isn’t afraid to try new things and I constantly challenge myself to new experiences. These experiences showed me the importance of a growth mindset to learn of the vast world of data, consulting and management. Working in different capacities, as a leader or as team member has helped me develop the ability to adapt and excel in various settings.

• Collaborate with a team of five consultants to develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
  • Project 1: Project aimed at increasing revenue streams through fundraising and partnerships with local retailers; prepared an implementation plan for recurring revenue to reach an estimated $44,500 CAD
  •  Project 2: Developed an employee wellness program dealing with increased pandemic stress to reduce burnout & drive engagement by increasing employee recognition, adding support and flexibility

• Promoted to the leadership position of Co-Chair from consultant by taking initiatives to elevate club status and recruited 30 executive members for the organization
• Organized Queen’s Social Investment Initiative’s largest annual conference, and proudly increased the number of attendees from 50 to 100 using my skills in marketing, communication, and delegation
