• Consulting different specialists (Respiratory Therapist, Geriatric Emergency Medicine Nurse, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, PICC team) to optimize patients before their admission or discharge
• Providing clear discharge instructions for patients, red-flags to keep in mind and how to manage most cases at home
• Informing myself continuously about new ways to do things, current medical literature (Continuous Medical Education) and looking for feedback as well as providing it in a thoughtful and respectful way when I think it would benefit the patients, the providers or the Emergency Room
