• Transition and Transformation of in-house legacy OSS stack to Cloud migration, shallow cloud integration of order to cash application module 
• Establish cloud KPIs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are metrics that you gather about application modules moved to cloud
• Define and create best-in-class capabilities of the practice for solution design, implementation, validation, and support including solution life-cycle management, on-boarding and validation.
• Providing technical and commercially aware leadership to scope and design systems integration projects including architecture, project resourcing, and other elements of industrialized offerings along with well-defined client project specific statements of work (SoW).
