Seasoned Project Controls professional with over 30 years of global experience in planning,
scheduling, cost control, and contract administration across large-scale infrastructure, energy,
petrochemical, and power generation projects. Proven track record of delivering results in complex,
multi-disciplinary environments through strategic planning, earned value management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Extensive expertise in Primavera P6, SAP, EPM, MS Project, Asana, Tableau, NetSuite, Slacks and cost management tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong command of earned value management (EVM) principles including SPI and CPI, with hands-on experience in variance analysis and corrective action planning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules, manage change orders,
and produce detailed project controls reports.
- Leadership in defining and implementing project controls governance, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational standards.
- Valid OPG Security Clearance (SCS# 2007307, expiring November 2029), enabling immediate onboarding for nuclear sector roles.
- Experience working with major EPCs and clients including Saudi Aramco, Bechtel, SNC-Lavalin,
KBR and Bantrel, with exposure to both international and Canadian project environments.
- Skilled in cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior staff.
