Zakary Guruswami

Hello my name is Zakary Guruswami, I am looking to start my career in the fire protection and life safety field. I just completed my 3 year Fire Protection Engineering Technology program at Seneca college. I have obtained 3 years of education on life safety and fire protection and have learned many skills from being able to navigate the NFPA to the basics of fire control panels, pull stations, strobes, multimeters, and more.

Iv also learned to self motivate and problem solve solutions, Covid 19 happened in the middle of my studies, this made me learn to adapt many changes that were happening. This program has also taught me how to work well with others though many group projects that required lots of collaboration.
