• Collect, compare, and clean sales data over 4-month periods in Excel to determine source of sales
• Visualize data in Tableau from website to determine progress of sales, promotions, and coupons 
• Answer customer questions and requests through email; follow up on orders and provide excellent customer service 

• Collected, calculated, and cleaned data for indicators of heart disease using Excel, SQL, and Tableau

• Managed repository sample-associated de-identified patient data in biobank database, Access, and SQL
