Business Rule Engine Developer (Actico Platform & Java Developer)

Business Rule Engine Developer (Actico Platform & Java Developer) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.Your tasks:

• Design, develop and maintain IT services, including integration with other systems and infrastructure
• Develop solutions on the Java technology stack, with integration of business rule services
• Implement and maintain interfaces using REST web services
• Integrate and develop using the Actico Platform and Visual Rules (Actico Rules)
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including operation and maintenance of IT services

Your experience/knowledge

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Extensive experience in Java system engineering and development
• Hands-on experience integrating REST web service technologies and using Eclipse for development and debugging
• Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git), Oracle databases and SQL
• Beneficial: Business Rule Management (modelling, management, and implementation);

  certifications in Visual Rules / Actico Rules are a plus

Language skills: fluent English
