This role focuses on deploying and operating production-grade platforms using infrastructure-as-code, automation, and security-first practices tailored for regulated financial services environments. /p pWithin the Service Enterprise Solutions organization, the DevOps Engineer works closely with Solution Architects, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to build and operate resilient infrastructure. This role ensures blockchain solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and operationally sound for banking and institutional environments. /p h3bWhat You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /b /h3 ul lipBuild and operate cloud infrastructure for blockchain platforms in banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments /p /li lipDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and release management /p /li lipDeploy and manage infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation /p /li lipOperate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes /p /li lipConfigure and manage environments across AWS, Azure, hybrid, and on-premise deployments /p /li lipImplement security hardening, secrets management, encryption, and access controls /p /li lipBuild and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch /p /li lipSupport production deployments, go-live activities, and incident response /p /li lipCollaborate with Solution Architects to ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and architectural requirements /p /li lipContribute to reusable infrastructure patterns, automation frameworks, and operational documentation /p /li /ul h3bWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /b /h3 ul lip3–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations roles /p /li lipHands‑on experience building and operating infrastructure in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments /p /li lipStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure and/or GCP a plus) /p /li lipExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD /p /li lipStrong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi /p /li lipSolid scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages /p /li lipExperience operating Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms /p /li lipStrong understanding of security, networking, and compliance requirements in regulated environments /p /li lipSelf‑starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high‑quality and high‑touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /p /li lipAbility to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client technical stakeholders /p /li lipLanguages: English required; Swiss German, German, French or Italian a plus /p /li lipLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano /p /li /ul h3bNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /b /h3 ul lipExperience operating blockchain infrastructure (Bitcoin nodes, Lightning Network, or similar) /p /li lipFamiliarity with distributed systems and blockchain‑specific operational requirements /p /li lipExperience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK /p /li lipKnowledge of service mesh, API gateways, or load‑balancing technologies /p /li lipRelevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) /p /li lipInterest in progressing into Senior DevOps Engineer or SRE leadership roles /p /li lipGenuine interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, and blockchain‑based financial infrastructure. /p /li /ul /p
