## About the Role

Frontify is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to maintain, improve, and scale its SaaS infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D team to address infrastructure issues at their root cause and help ensure reliable, secure, and scalable platform operations.

You will serve as a primary technical contact for platform-related topics across Europe- and US-based teams. The successful candidate will contribute to monitoring, on-call processes, deployment automation, security, and compliance across environments.

## Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve scalable SaaS infrastructure.
• Work closely with the R&D team on infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Investigate infrastructure issues and address their root causes.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for platform-related topics for Europe\- and US-based teams.
• Implement and improve monitoring across environments.
• Establish and support on-call processes.
• Develop and improve deployment automation.
• Help ensure security and compliance across infrastructure environments.

## Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in DevOps and/or Platform Engineering.
• Strong understanding of scalable SaaS infrastructure and platform operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and identify root causes.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across Europe and the US.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, on-call processes, and deployment automation.
• Understanding of infrastructure security and compliance.

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms at scale.
• Experience working closely with R&D teams in a platform or DevOps capacity.
• Experience supporting globally distributed technical teams.
