Contribute to the daily execution and long‑term evolution of our digital marketplace presence, helping us drive visibility, conversion, and brand excellence across key online partners. Support platform coordination, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly. Get ready to make an impact!
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as a Digital Platforms Intern: Coordinate daily activities across digital marketplaces and strategic accounts to keep launches, updates, and optimizations on track. Support initiatives to drive conversion by ensuring products, content, and campaigns land effectively across platforms. Develop and refine tools, trackers, and processes to help the team monitor performance and unlock new opportunities.
Contribute to relationship‑building with both internal and external partners, helping strengthen collaboration. Bring fresh ideas to help expand Smartwool & Icebreaker’s presence across digital environments. Assist with additional projects within the Digital Platforms team as needed.
How you will make a difference Skills that will make you succeed: You’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating clearly, with the ability to give context so others can easily follow your questions or updates. You have a solid grasp of Excel fundamentals, including filters, VLOOKUP (or XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and working with large raw datasets. You enjoy solving problems through data and aren’t afraid to dive into detailed spreadsheets or performance reports.
You bring curiosity, initiative, and the drive to learn quickly in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. Early experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular roles shows your ability to take ownership and follow through. A degree is great, but we care most about your mindset, curiosity, and ability to work with data and people in a fast‑moving environment.

The VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month journey designed to develop and empower emerging talents at the start of their careers.
