We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and service-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO and his family.

This role has a primary focus on managing personal and family-related matters, while also providing selective business assistance to the CEO. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Primary Focus – Personal & Family Affairs

  • Comprehensive management of the CEO’s and family’s personal calendar
  • Coordination of private appointments, events, and complex international travel arrangements
  • Management of household-related matters (staff coordination, service providers, maintenance, etc.)
  • Handling personal correspondence and confidential documentation
  • Support with private financial administration and invoice coordination
  • Organization of family events, social engagements, and special occasions
  • Liaison with schools, advisors, property managers, and other private stakeholders
  • Proactively anticipating needs and ensuring seamless daily operations
Secondary Focus – Business Assistance
  • Selective calendar and meeting coordination for the CEO
  • Preparation of presentations, documents, and meeting materials
  • Organization of business-related travel
  • Gatekeeping and communication management with key stakeholders
  • Administrative and organizational support in business matters

Profile & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a comparable high-trust role
  • Experience supporting senior executives and/or private families is highly desirable
  • Fluent Russian and English language skills are mandatory. Additional language skills are considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility and availability outside regular business hours when required
