# Flexible Software Engineer

## About the Role

Trust In SODA is seeking a flexible Software Engineer to join a distributed engineering team building modern web and mobile-capable applications. The role focuses on a robust Angular and TypeScript technology stack, with opportunities to introduce Kotlin, Spring Boot, and cloud-native delivery practices where relevant.

This is a hybrid contract opportunity requiring on-site collaboration in Schlieren twice per week, with remote work for the remainder. The position is expected to start ASAP for an initial 3-month contract, with strong prospects for extension.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the development of modern web and mobile-capable applications.

* Work as part of a distributed engineering team.

* Develop and maintain applications using Angular and TypeScript.

* Collaborate with team members during scheduled on-site work in Schlieren.

* Contribute to the introduction and adoption of Kotlin and Spring Boot where relevant.

* Support cloud-native delivery practices where applicable.

* Work effectively across both on-site and remote environments.

## Required Qualifications

* Professional software engineering experience.

* Experience working with Angular and TypeScript.

* Ability to work effectively within a distributed engineering team.

* Flexibility to contribute across different technologies and development practices.

* Availability for on-site collaboration in Schlieren 2 days per week.

* Ability to start ASAP.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Kotlin.

* Experience with Spring Boot.

* Familiarity with cloud-native application development and delivery practices.

* Experience building applications that support modern web and mobile use cases.

## Contract Details

* Contract Duration: 3 months initially, with strong extension prospects

* Start Date: ASAP

* Work Arrangement: Hybrid — on-site 2 days per week in Schlieren, remote otherwise

* Location: Schlieren, Switzerland

* Hourly Rate: Approximately CHF 100/hour
