REGDATA is a data protection company that specializes in safeguarding sensitive information for corporate clients in the regulated sectors, such as financial and healthcare institutions. We leverage advanced technologies and innovative solutions to ensure the highest level of data security and privacy for our customers.

As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to join our engineering team (in Geneva, Switzerland) and contribute to the development and maintenance of our secure data protection platform.

You will be actively involved in the design, development, and optimization of both backend microservices and frontend applications, built with .NET and Vue.js.

You may be involved in implementing and testing components on customer sites and, when relevant, in proposing, designing, and developing custom interfaces or bespoke modules to meet client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical design and architecture of the solution (microservices and frontend).
• Design and implement new features or custom modules — either integrating into the existing solution or running as a separate component — covering both backend microservices and frontend layers.
• Develop and maintain backend microservices using .NET 8 or later.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces with Vue.js, Vuetify, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integrate frontend apps with backend APIs and services.
• Work with Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Design and write queries against relational and document databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle).
• Write tests and technical documentation.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality.

Profile & Requirements

• Strong experience with C# / .NET.
• Strong experience with Vue.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS3, Vuetify.
• Advanced proficiency with relational and document databases.
• Good knowledge of security principles, especially in software development (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Keycloak, workload identity).
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-driven and proactive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in a similar full-stack developer position.
• Good knowledge of software engineering processes, including Agile methodologies and the full release management cycle.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining complex, large-scale applications, ideally including microservices and frontend components.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills; proactive team player.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• English fluency is required; French is a plus.
