About the Role

PRODYNA is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (all genders) to develop modern, cloud-enabled software solutions for a diverse range of clients.

In this role, you will combine hands-on full-stack development with cloud technologies, modern software architecture, digital transformation, and technical consulting. You will contribute to new development initiatives and transformation projects while helping clients adopt scalable and modern technology solutions.

The role also provides an opportunity to mentor colleagues, take ownership of technical areas, and influence the broader engineering culture at PRODYNA.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver cloud-enabled software solutions for clients using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Build applications using technologies such as Java, Go, TypeScript, and C#.

Develop modern frontend and backend solutions using frameworks including:

Angular

React

Spring Boot

.NET

Drive new software development initiatives based on industry trends and specific customer requirements.

Contribute to digital transformation and modernization projects.

Design and contribute to modern, scalable software architectures.

Provide technical recommendations and architectural guidance during client engagements.

Translate business and customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and agile engineering teams.

Take ownership of assigned technical areas and contribute to successful project delivery.

Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Support the continuous improvement of engineering practices and development processes.

Evaluate and adopt new technologies where they provide meaningful value to clients and projects.

Contribute technical expertise to cross-team initiatives and help shape PRODYNA's engineering culture.

Required Qualifications

Extensive professional experience with Java or a comparable programming language in business or enterprise projects.

Experience developing modern full-stack applications.

Familiarity with one or more modern frameworks such as:

Spring Boot

React

Angular

.NET

Experience working with cloud-enabled software development environments.

Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with modern cloud technologies and cloud-native development practices.

Ability to work effectively within agile teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Fluency in German and English.

Willingness and ability to continuously learn new technologies and development approaches.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
