Our role is to understand their business problems and use data-driven thinking and technology to achieve outcomes that drive their business forward. bHow you can make an impact /bliWork with our clients to modernise their digital landscape using next-generation cloud-based platforms and big data architectures to ensure high data quality /liliDesign and implement modern data solutions in the areas of data management (e.g. data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data /liliDevelop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars. /liliDesign complex data analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications. /liliTake responsibility for the holistic management of projects, i.e. from advisory and conception to implementation and introduction of the solution at the customer's site. /liliDevelop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally. /liliDefine go-to-market strategies for our strategic topics together with our leadership and drive them forward. /liliPlay a central role with our existing focus customers and establish new customer relationships by responding to customer needs, further expanding existing projects and showing market presence (thought leadership on Linkedin, at conferences or customer events). /liliBe part of interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams for the delivery of data management / engineering solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. /liliShare your knowledge with younger colleagues and help them to develop professionally and personally /libWhat We Are Looking For: /bDrive and Motivation: liPassionate individuals looking to make a career in Consulting. /liliExperience in leading Data Analytics teams and projects and track record of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams. /liConsulting and Communication Skills: liManagement skills: Ability to manage several projects at once and manage conflicting priorities /liliSelling skills: Experience in the marketing and sale of consulting or project services /liliStrong Presentation skills: Ability to design and shape meaningful presentations. /liliStrong Conceptual Capability: Ability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems. /liliBusiness-IT Translator: Ability to act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. /liTechnical Expertise in one of the following two: Data management: liSeveral projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data or catalogue solutions. /liliLeading nearshore/offshore teams on implementations. /liliHands-on experience from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions. /liliHands-on expertise working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Collibra, Informatica, Azure, GCP). /liCloud-based data platforms: liSeveral projects in implementing data lakehouses. /liliLeading nearshore/offshore teams in implementations. /liliHands-on experience across the entire journey from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions. /liliHands-on expertise in working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks). /liliHands-on knowledge of common development methodologies. /liliHands-on expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for these platforms /liliAbility to articulate hybrid data architectures / options to senior stakeholder groups and to develop and present / defend a point of view /liLanguage Proficiency: liFluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. /liIndustry Experience: liYou have 6 or more years of relevant professional experience in a technical or strategic role in the areas of data governance, data management, data engineering or analytics gained in a consultancy, tech company or industry. /libYour team /bBecome part of a diverse and multinational team of 50+ highly motivated individuals located in our Zurich, Geneva, or Basel offices.
