ph3bPurpose of the role : /b /h3 ul liAs a Mendix Lead Developer, you will work with our client’s team to analyze the needs for the development of new applications or the improvement of existing applications. /li liYou will make decisions with respect to the design and development of functionality within the context of the deliverable products, keeping design, UI / UX, security and quality standards at the highest level. /li liBased on business cases and the business processes, you will develop use cases from the requirements and model these into high-quality applications. /li liYou will be confident to assume project management responsibilities and communicate progress with the product group, deliver workshops and drive stakeholder management for the work related to development. /li liYou will be confident to lead and manage a group of junior developers if necessary, working on different projects at the same time. /li /ul h3Activities /h3 h3bKey responsibilities : /b /h3 ul liResponsible for the creation / implementation of client’s development best practices. /li liDevelop enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features /li liResponsible for the management of project resources /li liResponsible for the creation of application Proof of concepts, Wireframes and Demos /li liTechnically responsible for the Mendix platform and any integrations created /li liProvide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business and design recommendations /li liResponsible for the availability and performance of applications, in particular driving incident and problem to cost effective solutions /li liExecute agile / scrum methods to improve efficiencies, better bottom-line results, create quick wins and higher quality deliverables, participating in daily stand-up meetings when appropriate /li liCode expert reviews /li /ul h3Required profile /h3 h3bExperience and knowledge : /b /h3 ul liYou must possess an in-depth knowledge of the Mendix Application Platform /li liMendix Advanced certificate for at least 1 year, if the company they currently work at encourage certifications /li liYears of working primarily with Low-Code /li liExperience as a technical / project lead or lead consultant - being able to successfully carry a product through its lifecycle, without much help /li liYou must have a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle, including but not limited to customer requirements gathering, data modelling, application analysis, development, testing, documentation, system acceptance and post migration validation. You must have experience in the design and programming of software from its inception, including UI design. /li liYou must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, being structured and accurate, and have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of end-users, managers and subject matter experts. /li liDemonstrated experience building UI deliverables such as wireframes, design mock-ups, vision boarding, user workflows, functional specifications and style guides /li liYou must possess strong judgement, leadership, communication, diplomacy, collaboration and organizational skills. /li /ul pWe are looking forward receiving your application! /p h3Salary /h3 pVery competitive package /p /p
