Quality Control Analyst

For our client working in the pharmaceutical sector and located in Visp we are looking for a QC Analyst in Microbiology.

• Planned duration: 8 months
• Workplace: Visp

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• An analyst in QC Microbiology is responsible for daily routine analyses and their organization.
• Performing analytical methods within the assigned scope, evaluating, reviewing, and reporting results.
• Preparing analytical protocols, test instructions, and short reports.
• Entering and releasing results in LIMS and MODA according to internal team regulations.
• Documenting all laboratory activities in accordance with GMP and internal guidelines.
• Complying with quality (SOP and GMP) and safety regulations, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order in the laboratory.
• Main methodological focus: microbial identifications and endotoxin measurements.

Must Haves

• Degree in microbiology, preferably a BSc
• Initial work experience in microbiology
• Already gained experience working in a laboratory
• Knowledge of GMP
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
