Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join a leading banking client in Zurich. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing business-critical applications supporting financial planning and provisioning processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, application managers, and Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Azure Cloud.
• Implement business requirements related to financial planning and banking processes.
• Collaborate with business users and application managers to clarify functional requirements.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with Oracle databases and write efficient SQL queries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and reviews.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Take ownership of deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Several years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend development experience using Angular.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
• Good experience with Oracle SQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of financial planning/provisioning applications or banking business processes.
• Experience working directly with business departments and application managers.
