Join ALTEN Switzerland as Senior Java Software Engineer to support an important client in the banking and digital domain.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in back-end development in Java and front-end skills in Angular, who will join an Agile Release Train in a SAFe context.
The role involves contributing to innovative projects in the CRM field, the development of new transversal features and bugfixing activities on enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate is oriented towards the quality of the software, able to collaborate in cross-functional teams and motivated to contribute to the evolution of scalable and modern solutions.
They are also able to analyze functional and technical requirements, actively participate in the definition of solutions and contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of the product.
This role values nice-to-have expertise in Camunda BPM, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise CRM, end-to-end testing (Selenium/Tosca) and DevOps tooling (Docker, APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace).
Location: Lugano, Switzerland (hybrid).
