Role Overview We are looking for a Software Developer to join as a co-founder and lead the technical development of our product. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the software while contributing to the overall technical direction of the company.

This is a founding role offering 20% equity, with no compensation until the company generates sustainable cashflow.

Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable software applications

• Build and maintain frontend and backend systems
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with the founding team to turn ideas into functional products
• Contribute to system architecture and technical planning
• Optimize applications for performance and efficiency

Requirements • Experience in software development

• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
• Understanding of system design, APIs, and databases
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
