Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing next-generation diagnostic systems used in critical point-of-care environments worldwide.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with strong Requirements Engineering experience who enjoys working across software, hardware, mechanics, sensors and system integration.

This role is ideal for someone who likes seeing the big picture while ensuring technical details are properly defined, documented and integrated.

What you'll do

• Own and manage system requirements
• Drive requirements change control activities
• Define and manage system interfaces
• Support risk analysis (FMEA) and verification activities
• Collaborate across Software, Hardware and Systems Engineering teams
• Contribute to system integration and product development activities
• Support the introduction of MBSE and AI-supported engineering approaches

What we're looking for

✅ 3-5+ years of Systems Engineering experience

✅ Strong Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management background

✅ Experience in a regulated environment (Medical Devices, Diagnostics, IVD, Pharma or similar)

✅ Understanding of multiple technical disciplines (Software, Electronics, Mechanics)

✅ Experience with risk management, traceability or design verification

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ German (B2/C1+) mandatory

✅ English (B2+) mandatory

Nice to have

• IVD / Diagnostics experience
• SysML
• MBSE
• Enterprise Architect
• INCOSE or IREB certification
• Experience applying AI tools within engineering processes
