I am Agnes Balbuena from the Philippines I have been working as a nanny for more than 5 years already here in Geneva. With a deep passion for child development and my years of experience caring for children of various ages, including new born. I am confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for your little ones.
My ability to foster a positive and structured atmosphere has helped children develop essential skills while feeling secure and loved. Likewise, being a Filipino, we are genuine in terms of how we take care of babies and children not only as a job but as our commitment to work with parents in looking after their welfare, their activities, developments and milestones while enjoying time together.
On the other hand, with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources back in my home country in the Philippines, where administrative functions and support are always part of my job deliverables, I believe I have the competencies to perform any administrative business functions. I have fluency in both written and communication in English and I am learning the french language at A1 level. Likewise, I am very flexible, a fast learner and can work remotely as the job requires.
