I have accumulated 18 years a professional dancer and 12 years a First Soloist dancer in Germany with the Stuttgart Ballet and Ballet Zurich/Opernhaus Zurich. Recently retired as a dancer and have moved into the field of public/motivational speaker as well as coaching teams and private individuals. Posture, presence, performance is my approach to coaching, integrating body awareness, non verbal communication and developing interpersonal relationships into my team building events and private coaching sessions.
Due to the level reached as a professional classical ballet dancer i have been able to act in films and travel the world to perform on some of the biggest international stages and theatres. I am also an Ambassador for a Non -Profit Organisation - The What Dance Can Do Project.
