Enterprise & Transition Coaching: You hold advanced certifications in Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT) and Coaching Agile Transition (ICP-CAT), along with Organization Relationship Systemic Coaching (ORSC).
Management & Leadership: You are a Licensed Management 3.0 Trainer, demonstrating expertise in modern leadership and cultural change. You also serve on the Startup Advisor Board at EPFL.
Process & Technical: Your foundations include ITIL Foundation and Hermes Project Team Professional (HSPTP), complemented by technical transformation skills like Domain-Driven Design & Event Storming.
