SRF is a Swiss media company. The goal of SRF is to maximize the value for their users. For this goal they build up a new team, the User Data Platform Team. I had the chance to fulfill the role as a PO until they were able to find an internal solution. The challenge was, that the Scrum Master and most of the developers were juniors. My tasks in this time were:

• Coaching and mentoring of new PO and junior Scrum Master

Abraxas Informatik AG is a software company dedicated to the digitization of government agencies. Within Abraxas, I am the Agile Coach and Scrum Master for the tax solution, which digitizes tax offices in Switzerland. My tasks in this position:

• Scale from one agile team to four teams (one in Ukraine). I was the only one Scrum Master for four teams

Franke Coffee Systems is an industrial company that manufactures coffee machines for the professional sector. In this company, my main activity was test automation for the new IoT-application. In order to make the work more efficient, I introduced retrospectives in the project, as a result of which the rest of the ceremonies were introduced. In this position, I fulfilled the following tasks:

• Coach PM / PO to create stories according BDD
• Moderation and facilitation of scrum events and workshops 
• Create a test automation solution on API level
