As an IP lawyer I have profound experience of working in a diverse cultural environment . I am currently living in Geneva studying for a PHD in Business Administration. I also recently completed a Copyright Course and a course on Intellectual Property at WIPO that provides in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of IP law. Having managed my own clothing business in the past, I have first hand experience of successfully dealing with various legal questions including trademark issues.
At the moment, my clients are predominantly online course creators. My responsibilities include; depositing existing materials, registering their trademarks, auditing existing IP and helping assisting with assessing the value of the company, taking into account all intellectual property they produced.
