With two years' experience in the events sector, I have taken part in over 30 international events and developed solid organizational skills. My experiences in the hospitality sector have enabled me to develop strong interpersonal skills, both with customers and in-house teams.

Throughout my studies and after I graduate, I have mainly been working in both the hospitality and event industries. Working in the hospitality field firstly develop my ease with customer relationship management, allowing me to be comfortable in any complex situations I could face and come up with effective solutions to always meet and exceed client expectations. As assistant manager, I mainly developed my knowledge in understanding back-of-house management, to run smoothly a hospitality establishment and offers the best service to our guest.

Working in the event industry, I learnt to be organised, but also to multi-task, as the event industry can be an unpredictable field. Working as a wedding planner, I was in charge of the most important day in a couple's life, which taught me to be careful with the smallest detail and always get special attention for guests.

I am currently employed as an assistant manager/host in a lodge in Zambia, organising safari in the famous Kafue National Park. More than being a life experience, it allows me to deepen my knowledge in managing an establishment in the middle of the bush, which requires being extremely careful with all logistics. Being a remote area, we always have to consider the fact we are 6 hour drive from the first city. This also taught me a lot regarding working in a different environment, out of my comfort zone and learning a new culture.

Working as an event junior project manager, help me be more comfortable working in stressful situations. In charge of managing an event from scratch, I learnt to create and make the event come to life while respecting client's desire but also budget. As an event will never goes as planified, I learnt to exceed my emotions and comes with plan B without never forgetting clients willingess.
