Manager Human Resources at Viking Cruises

In charge of the crew on board (+1000 Crew members EMEA). Daily contact with emails and phone calls.
Management of all human resources tasks, Employee Life Cycle (on-board-, off-board, sick leaves, etc.).
Prepare employement contracts, amendments and employment certificates.
Management of employee with Success Factor, SAP.
Company intranet site (Sharepoint)
Inform about the GDPR requirements
Preparation of visas for Serbian, Philippine, Indonesian and other countries.
Contact with agencies in Philippines, Indonesia, Serbia and Romania.
Direct contact with the ship managers when there are problems to solve
Support to the recruitment department.
Supporting the momthly payroll with finance, time tracking, absence management, holiday report, and HR KPIs.
Supervise compliance with company rules and Swiss labor regulations.
Assist in special tasks such as projects (VPP and DRM)
Social Comitte member
Support Head of HR with team events and engagement activites.
Other administrative tasks (e.g. Travel bookings)
