Dear Company,
My name is Francesca Baruffaldi, Vegan Chef and Personal Cook. I have been involved in healthy cooking for more than
10 years.
I cook on request, I provide catering services, I hold cooking classes and above all I introduce aspiring and interested people to the plant based concept, to deal with a simple and practicable approach to a healthy cuisine. I managed public places, I owned them (I have a REC license for your management) and I developed a careful knowledge of the composition of products and ingredients, especially in relation to the Bio / vegetable world For more than 10 years I have had my own Bistrot / ice cream business. In my Bistrot I managed both the kitchen and the ice cream preparation, each recipe was designed by me.
I have always wanted to perfect traditional and world recipes, I have documented myself not only with cooking courses but on the field. My ethical change meant that I deepened my knowledge on every type of food in order to guarantee a better result for my dishes.

I make myself available to work on call or part time to produce on site, according to your requests:
