I am a Solutions-oriented IT Software person with highly regarded for more than 11+ years of progressive experience developing, implementing, and supporting complex infrastructures and technical solutions for leaders in the data driven software, edge computing, cloud computing, IoT. Superior expertise with development methodologies, developer supervision and client relations. I am a motivational and influential project manager, providing effective leadership in fast-paced, deadline driven environment with Agile methodology.
With having entrepreneurship mindset, I onboarded several customers for our BI analytics tool for energy management system, which was providing meaningful insight to customers for example: BI intelligence, method to optimize energy with our EMS (energy management solution), carbon footprint analysis and recommendation to reduce carbon emissions, sustainability goal setup and benchmarking with previous data.
I led the engineering team of 25 diverse engineer (CH, Germany, Bangladesh) which consist of Frontend development, backend development, mobile app development, devops, support team and built IoT Middleware with the power of microsoft power BI and open source tools with focus on quality, cost-effective retrofit solutions.
My hands-on experience in leading and managing a team, data driven software architect, enterprise architect, creating and executing roadmap, with my solid engineering background and detailed knowledge, align perfectly with the requirements.
