I have gained professional experience as a part-time working student at Siemens Logistics, as well as a full-time intern at Commerzbank and Bosch Power Tools. My work experience in different sectors helps me understand customer needs in different areas. During my time at Siemens Logistics, I worked in business administration and customer service.
There, I carried out the billing process with our customer Deutsche Post, worked with SAP product sales and distribution, and provided customer support for Deutsche Post. During my internship in Development and Digitalization Strategy at Commerzbank, I performed data analysis for forecasts, conducted surveys on employee satisfaction, moderated a Germany-wide workshop, and helped organize projects using the agile project management tool SCRUM. During my six-month full-time internship at Bosch Power Tools in IT and Supply Chain Management, I documented and helped improve supply chain processes, performed supplier performance analyses, communicated with suppliers and planners, and worked with various tools such as SAP (PP & SD) SQL Server, and Power BI.
During my Master's program in International Management, I was able to improve my qualitative and quantitative research skills through subjects like Research Methods, Business Analytics, and my quantitative research thesis on sustainable patents and their impact on business performance.
