My name is Judith Charlotte, I am a registered nurse from Germany and currently work in a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department with a specialised Parent-

Child Unit. In my daily work, I support children and their families in challenging situations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and help structure often complex daily routines. This has taught me to stay calm under pressure,

communicate with empathy and professionalism, and always find practical,

solution-oriented approaches.

Although I am still young, I am a highly organised, responsible and dependable person. I enjoy taking ownership, planning ahead and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Colleagues appreciate my ability to remain calm, think proactively and adapt quickly to different personalities, situations and individual needs. I genuinely enjoy helping people by making their everyday life easier and more structured. I love traveling and my flexibility is really high.

Working with children has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my profession. Building trusting relationships, setting appropriate boundaries and creating a safe, positive environment come naturally to me. I would truly enjoy supporting your family not only with organisation and administration but also by being a reliable and caring person for your children whenever needed.

I hold a valid driving licence and enjoy driving. My native language is German, I speak English confidently and understand Swiss German well. I learn new tasks quickly and approach unfamiliar challenges with curiosity, motivation and determination. I would describe myself as someone who rarely sees problems, but instead focuses on finding solutions.
