I have over a decade of experience in humanitarian aid, international development, and corporate administration. My background includes leading two children's foundation, managing fundraising, compliance, and reporting, as well as corporate roles in the fiduciary sector which involved portfolio management, accounting duties, regulatory compliance and due diligence. Fluent in Swedish and English, with high proficiency in French, Portuguese, and Italian, I thrive in multicultural environments and am eager to apply my skills to a meaningful new role in program management and compliance.
As President and Project Manager of the Patron Foundation, I led educational initiatives in Cambodia, coordinating diverse teams, overseeing budgets, and managing donor communications. This role required balancing priorities, monitoring project milestones, and preparing reports to demonstrate impact and accountability. One of my most rewarding projects was the implementation of six menstrual health workshops in partnership with an Australian NGO, which provided 420 sustainable hygiene kits to female students.
I designed follow-up assessments and compiled review reports, ensuring transparency and compliance with donor expectations.
In my work with Size Foundation, I broadened my scope by managing fundraising, communications, and administrative oversight. I developed strong technical proficiency with digital tools and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
My corporate background at Intertrust Group further strengthened my attention to compliance details, analytical skills, and ability to handle sensitive information in high-stakes environments. In Cyprus, working as a Legal Assistant, I developed foundational knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, which continues to shape my approach to award management and donor-funded projects today.
