I am a people pleaser.
Cliché, am I right? Now, for some, this is not necessarily a good thing, but for me, it has pushed me to create raving fans everywhere I go. My career shift towards customer success has allowed me to use my psychology studies to understand what makes my clients tick. Learning this helps me recognize how I can best support them from a Success standpoint.
I have spent the last year and half consulting clients in the outpatient rehab industry spotting potential revenue leaks while also coaching on optimal product adoption of current subscriptions, and identifying areas of growth and opportunity.
It all comes back to... I am a people pleaser. I love to help people succeed and reach their goals. I am ready to take my experience and customer success expertise to a new venture!
