I am currently the Executive Assistant General Manager and Sustainability Coordinator at Hôtel de Rougemont & Spa, where I oversee all aspects of the hotel's daily operations, including the SPA, rooms division, food & beverage, HR, and finance. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and implementing sustainable and innovative practices to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the hotel's reputation.
I have had the opportunity to work in prestigious establishments such as the Ritz Carlton in Miami, Florida, where I participated in a Management in Training program, and the Royal Savoy in Lausanne, where I served as Housekeeping Supervisor. Currently, I hold an executive role at Hôtel de Rougemont & Spa, where I lead daily operations and set both short and long-term goals for the hotel. My career has allowed me to develop expertise in hotel management, with a focus on operational excellence and collaboration with department heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Glion, which provided me with a solid foundation to excel in the hospitality industry. In addition to my degree, I am currently completing a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at HEC Paris, which I will finish in the coming months. This ongoing education is equipping me with advanced skills to lead innovative and sustainable initiatives in the hospitality industry.
