My name is Maura Silva and im 34 years old. Despite being an graduated in architecture, i have been working with tourism and catering for the last 4 years aproximate.

I am a hard worker and a self motivated person offering excellent skills in guest relations and upselling produts and services.

For now i only speak english but i´m taking online classes of french and for a daily basis i assure you i will be a fast learner.

Douro Acima is a tourism company dedicated to tourism in north of Portugal. The

Stay In Hotels belongs to this group. It works with cruises on the Douro River, tuk tuk tours through the city of Porto, redbus trips, private tours, among others. It also has a range of hotels and restaurants with traditional Portuguese cuisine. We,

the booking team, organized all services from the first contact with the customer,

accompanying him until the end of his service. Under the direction's supervision,

we plan onboard weddings, bachelorette parties, lunches, dinners, snacks,

birthdays, etc. Some of our responsabilities:

• Answer’s phone, welcomes guests, conference room bookings • Organises business lunches with guests and follow-up after lunches • Books transports,

accommodations and restaurants

• In charge of mail, correspondence and other logistics
• Maintains office supplies and inventory, follows up with orders and external suppli-ers
• Team coordination and communication

The Stay Inn Hotels is one of the accommodations in the Douro Acima group. Stay In hotels is made up of 6 apartments in the city of Porto, and we work towards a great customer stay in the city.

Nevertheless our main occupation, we always took care of the hotel as if it were our own home!
