I am an educator focused on learning strategy and program development, working at the intersection of teaching practice, organizational learning, and student support.
In my current role, I develop and implement learning strategies, methodological frameworks, and structured programs that support self-directed learning, social-emotional development, and inclusive learning environments.
Alongside my professional practice, I am the founder of EduIQ (ongoing), an independent initiative focused on learning strategy and program development, designing modular programs and development pathways for educational and organizational contexts.
I am particularly interested in connecting with professionals working in learning & development, curriculum design, program management, and student services.
I work in education and program development, focusing on learning strategy design, elective program development, and building structures that support self-organized learning (SOL / SEL). As a lead teacher, I take ownership of initiatives beyond classroom instruction and translate educational concepts into practical solutions. My background combines educational depth with hands-on leadership and operational experience across different professional contexts.
I hold a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Teacher University Zurich in cooperation with the University of Zurich. My studies focused on curriculum development, learning theory, instructional design, and student development, always with a strong link to real-world educational practice. In addition, I am currently completing advanced subject-focused studies in Ethics, Religions, and Community, with an emphasis on reflective learning, social dynamics, and values-based education.
