Building on my operational experience as a Flight Dispatcher, I am looking to broaden my knowledge in aviation sales while further developing my expertise in Flight Operations. In September 2020, I began my bachelor's degree in aviation at FH Joanneum in Graz. During my studies, I gained a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of aviation.

I successfully completed courses in Aviation Law, Aircraft Certification, Aviation Industry English, Fundamentals of Aviation Technology, and Meteorology. After completing three semesters, I was offered an excellent career opportunity in the aviation industry and decided to pursue this path professionally. In March 2022, I joined X-Operations GmbH as a Flight Dispatcher for Business Aviation.

Since then, I have gained extensive practical experience in flight operations and developed a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry. Working as a Flight Dispatcher has provided me with in-depth knowledge of airport procedures, handling requirements, slot coordination, permits and airport specific operational restrictions. Working in a fast-paced operational environment has strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, work with precision and find effective solutions.

English is the primary language of communication in my daily work, as I coordinate with customers, flight crews, airports, and service providers from all over the world. In addition to my professional experience, I developed leadership and responsibility through my long-term role as a youth group leader. As a competitive sports shooter for many years, I have learned the importance of concentration, precision, discipline, and performing consistently under pressure.
